Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients for Stay Ukiyo’s holiday and lifestyle services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs.



The Business Development Executive will manage relationships with key accounts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and track performance against sales targets and KPIs. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing regular reports, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
