Role Description The Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for planning and executing sports tournaments and related events, including coordinating schedules, venues, equipment, and logistics. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with schools, colleges, and corporate clients, managing participant registrations, handling vendor and partner communications,



and ensuring smooth event operations. The Event Coordinator will support on-ground event setup, supervise event staff, manage basic budget tracking, and address participant or client queries. This role also involves post-event follow-up, feedback collection, and reporting to help improve future events.
Qualifications
Strong event planning and event management skills, with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder events or tournaments.
Effective communication and customer service abilities to interact professionally with clients, participants, and vendors.
Sales or outreach experience to support client acquisition, sponsorship discussions, and promotion of events.
Ability to work on-site at events, manage time under pressure, and handle logistical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
