Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based psychological assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with developmental,



behavioral, and emotional challenges in an on-site, full-time role based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, administering and interpreting standardized tests, and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering counseling and therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and contributing to case conferences and care reviews. The Clinical Psychologist will also provide guidance to caregivers on behavior management, support school-related interventions when needed, and participate in ongoing program development and quality improvement initiatives.
