Role Description The Video Editor role at CFA Master is a full-time, in office position based in Ernakulam. The Video Editor will work closely with the content and instructional design teams to produce educational video materials aligned with the CFA curriculum. Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage, assembling and refining video lessons, syncing audio, adding titles and graphics, and ensuring smooth transitions. The role also involves color grading, basic motion graphics, versioning videos for different channels, and maintaining consistent visual standards across all content.



The Video Editor will manage project files, collaborate on content planning, and contribute creative ideas to improve learner engagement and clarity.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including managing footage, timelines, and final exports.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain a consistent and polished visual look across all educational videos.
Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual explanations.
Familiarity with industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or equivalents).
Ability to interpret educational scripts and transform complex concepts into clear, visually supportive video content.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
