Role Description The Tally Caller role at G9 Graphics is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The Tally Caller is responsible for making and receiving calls to gather, verify, and update data related to orders, invoices, or customer accounts, ensuring accurate entry into Tally or similar accounting/record systems. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams, clarifying transaction details, resolving basic discrepancies, and maintaining organized call and data logs.



The role also involves following standard calling scripts, adhering to company communication guidelines, and supporting the finance or operations team with timely information to keep records current. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to professional and courteous communication are essential.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting/data entry software, with strong attention to numerical accuracy.
Clear and confident telephone communication skills, including active listening and polite, professional speaking.
Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, or record-keeping processes and comfort working with spreadsheets or databases.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle call volumes and maintain updated records.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with team members, and follow established processes and guidelines.
