About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can handle high-quality conversations with serious prospects.

This role is not about pushing products.
It’s about guiding working professionals to make the right decision for their health, strength, and long-term fitness.

understand consultative sales, and can handle responsibility — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients via video calls and guide them through our transformation system.

Handle ~100 inbound calls per month (no cold calling).

Be available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.

Build trust-based relationships with prospects and help them take confident decisions.

Maintain high integrity in sales — only enroll clients who are genuinely committed.

Track performance metrics and continuously improve conversion quality.

Use CRM tools efficiently while staying focused on targets.

Maintain high personal discipline, professionalism, and composure.

Handle pressure calmly — conversations can be life-changing for prospects.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in target-driven or consultative sales.

Robust verbal communication skills (video-call based selling).
