N n About the Role:
NupEducators is looking for a proactive and organized Outreach Executive to connect with schools and colleges for conducting workshops. The role involves institutional outreach, coordination, follow-ups, and basic administrative support to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
N n Key Responsibilities:
N n- Identify and reach out to schools, colleges, and educational institutions for conducting Free workshops and training programs
N n- Explain workshop details, structure, and advantages to school authorities




N n- Follow up regularly and help schedule workshop sessions
N n- Coordinate with institutions before and after workshops
N n- Handle basic administrative work, including: registrations, data entry etc
N n- Share workshop links, messages, and updates via WhatsApp and email
N n- Maintain accurate records, reports, and outreach trackers
N n Eligibility Criteria
N n- Graduate in any discipline (education background preferred)
N n- Strong communicationand follow-up skills
N n- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, email communication, and data handling
N n- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
N n- Prior experience in outreach, coordination, sales support, or the education sector is an advantage
N n Work Details
N n⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours per day ( 10am - 6.30 pm)
