Role Description This is a full-time, in office Hostel Warden role based in the Greater Agra Area. The Hostel Warden will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including maintaining discipline, ensuring student safety, and monitoring entry and exit of residents. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and maintenance, coordinating meals and basic amenities, and responding to emergencies or health-related concerns. The warden will support students’ well-being, address behavioral or interpersonal issues, and communicate regularly with school administration and parents or guardians as needed. The role also involves maintaining records, implementing hostel policies, and fostering a respectful, inclusive, and supportive living environment.
Qualifications

Experience in hostel or residential facility management, including supervision of daily operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Strong interpersonal, communication,



and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents or guardians.
Ability to manage discipline fairly, handle emergencies calmly, and maintain a secure and orderly environment.
Organizational skills for record-keeping, scheduling, and coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and meal services.
Prior experience in an educational setting or working with children or young adults is highly beneficial.
Basic knowledge of health, hygiene, and first-aid practices; formal first-aid training is an advantage.
Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the willingness to be available during off-hours when required.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in education, social work, or a related field is preferred.
