Position: ETL and Automation Test Engineer (SDET)
Location: Bangalore or Pune
Work mode: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

As an ETL and Automation Test Engineer (SDET), you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based testing and data validation frameworks to ensure data quality across enterprise platforms
Create, execute, and optimise database and API test automation solutions while supporting ETL processes, data pipelines, and metadata management
Analyse, organise and validate raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Collaborate with business SMEs and data analytics experts to enhance functionality and efficiency within our data ecosystem.
Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks
Create appropriate standards and processes to ensure the quality and consistency of data in the platform
Years of expereience




5+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, data engineering, or quality engineering roles.
Strong experience working with enterprise data platforms and database testing.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong experience with SQL testing and database validation, preferably including Snowflake and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with database and API test automation
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Java and/or Python for automation development
Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data quality validation practices
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities
Experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with Git version control and software development best practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
