Role Description





The Garment Quality Control professional will be responsible for inspecting women’s apparel at various stages of production to ensure that finished products meet established quality standards and buyer specifications. Day-to-day tasks include checking fabric quality, measurements, stitching, embroidery work, trims, and labeling; monitoring in-line production processes; and documenting defects and corrective actions. The role involves close coordination with designers, merchandisers, and production supervisors to address quality issues, improve processes, and maintain consistency across sampling and bulk orders. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Reya Apparel’s manufacturing unit in Mayapuri, Current Delhi, India.

Qualifications
Practical skills in garment inspection, measurement checking, seam and stitch evaluation, and finishing quality for women’s wear.
Ability to interpret tech packs, reference images, and buyer specifications, and translate them into clear quality checkpoints.
