Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Ranchi. The Sales Officer will identify and pursue recent retail CASA deposits ,loan prospects, generate leads, and manage customer inquiries from initial contact to application. Responsibilities include explaining CASA deposits loan products and eligibility criteria, guiding customers through documentation and processes,



and maintaining strong relationships with individual clients and channel partners. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing, tracking sales performance, and contributing to local marketing or outreach activities. The Sales Officer is expected to uphold BOI SERVE’s standards of customer-centric service, ethical conduct, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to engage with diverse clients and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in lead generation and channel sales to develop new business opportunities and manage partner networks.
Experience in sales operations, including pipeline management, documentation handling, and basic reporting.
Knowledge of retail CASA deposits and loan products or banking/financial services is preferred, with an understanding of lending processes and compliance.
