Role Description
Position: Office Work & Project Data Coordinator
Location: Noida | Full time | On-Site
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Data Coordinator to support our engineering and project teams by maintaining accurate, updated, and well-organized project information.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage project data received through emails and other communication channels, download and organize project documents in the respective project folders, and keep the Project Status Sheet updated on a regular basis.
The candidate will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that project-related drawings, calculations, reports, submissions, revisions, correspondence, and other technical documents are properly downloaded, filed, tracked, and readily available whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Regularly check project-related emails and identify relevant drawings, documents, instructions, submissions, and correspondence.




Download project-related data and save it in the appropriate project folder and sub-folder as per the company's document management system.
Maintain a systematic folder structure for multiple ongoing projects.
Update and maintain the Project Status Sheet / Project Tracker on a regular basis.
Track the status of drawings, submissions, revisions, approvals, comments, and other project deliverables.
Maintain proper file naming, revision control, and document organization.
Ensure that the latest versions of documents are available to the engineering team.
Coordinate with engineers and project team members to collect missing information and update project records.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing project information.
Assist engineers in locating previous drawings, calculations, reports, correspondence, and other project data.
Monitor pending information and follow up internally wherever required.
Prepare basic project status reports and data summaries for management and engineering teams.
