Role Description The Relationship Manager – Banca will be responsible for managing and growing health insurance business through designated banking partners at the Noida location. This full-time, in office role includes building strong relationships with bank branch staff, driving sales of health insurance products, and ensuring consistent achievement of assigned targets. Day-to-day activities involve conducting customer meetings, explaining product features, handling queries, and supporting end-to-end policy issuance within bank branches. The role also includes training and motivating bank teams on Niva Bupa products, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve service quality, resolve escalations, and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with bank staff and internal teams.




Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including target achievement, cross-selling, upselling, and pipeline management in financial services or insurance.
Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills, such as clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills to track performance, interpret branch-level data, and provide actionable insights.
Relevant experience in banca channel, health insurance, or broader insurance/financial services distribution will be beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; additional certifications in insurance or finance will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with high levels of integrity and adherence to regulatory and company policies.
