? Key Responsibilities

* Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
* Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
* Assist in maintaining candidate and employee records
* Support onboarding and HR-related activities
* Prepare recruitment reports and maintain basic HR documentation
* Help with employer branding and HR initiatives
* Coordinate with the team for day-to-day HR activities

? Requirements





Students or freshers pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Good organizational and time-management skills
* Willingness to learn and take responsibility
