We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Tester with strong expertise in Mainframe application testing and a good understanding of end-to-end testing processes.

? Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Mainframe applications
• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects
• Perform batch testing and validate jobs, files, and data
• Validate data across Mainframe applications and integrated systems
• Participate in defect triage and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with Development, BA, and Business teams for defect resolution
• Prepare test execution reports and status updates
• Support regression testing and release validation
• Follow QA processes and testing standards

?️ Mandatory Skills




✅ 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
✅ Strong experience in Mainframe Testing
✅ Valuable knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM
✅ Experience in batch processing and job execution
✅ Functional, Integration, System & Regression Testing
✅ Good understanding of SQL / Database Testing
✅ Experience in defect management and Agile methodologies
✅ Good communication and stakeholder management skills
