Voxy is looking for a curious, customer-focused AI Product Manager who can combine strong Customer Success skills with practical expertise in generative AI and prompt engineering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, experimenting with AI, and turning real-world customer problems into effective AI-powered solutions.
Location: Chennai ( Full time/ In office), Flexible with night shift

Key Responsibilities
Design, test, and refine prompts for AI/LLM-based applications to improve accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, pain points, and workflows.
Translate customer feedback and business requirements into effective prompts, AI workflows, and solution improvements.
Monitor AI outputs and identify opportunities to improve prompt quality, reliability, and user experience.
Create and maintain prompt libraries, templates, guidelines, and documentation.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve AI-powered features.




Support customers in adopting AI capabilities and help them get maximum value from Voxy’s products.
Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify recurring issues and opportunities for automation.
Conduct experiments and A/B tests to evaluate different prompts and AI approaches.
Stay updated on developments in generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
Document best practices and share learnings across internal teams.

Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Prompt engineering, Product management, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong understanding of generative AI and how large language models work at a practical level.
Hands-on experience creating and improving prompts for tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and convert
