Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Sterling Holiday Resorts in Abu Road. The Finance Executive will handle day-to-day finance operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate accounting records,



and ensuring timely financial reporting in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role includes monitoring budgets and expenditures, performing variance analysis, and supporting management with data-driven financial insights and reports. The Finance Executive will manage compliance related to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable regulations, coordinate with internal departments and external auditors, and assist in improving financial processes and controls. The position requires close collaboration with resort operations teams to support decision-making and maintain solid financial discipline.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Finance with hands-on experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, perform variance analysis, and support management reporting.
Knowledge of Financial Reporting standards and practices, with experience in monthly, quarterly
