Role Description The Field Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The professional in this role will visit merchants and customers to promote Paytm’s products and services, explain key features such as digital payments and rewards, and help with onboarding and account setup. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations, closing sales,



and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The role also involves gathering market feedback, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve outreach strategies. The Field Sales professional may support training sessions for merchants on using the Paytm app and UPI features, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
