Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sales outreach, conducting basic market and customer research, assisting in creating and refining sales pitches and marketing materials, and helping manage leads and follow-ups. The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to engage prospective clients, respond to inquiries,



and contribute to campaigns that promote Rhinon Labs’ operational solutions. Additional tasks may include maintaining CRM data, participating in training sessions, and preparing reports on sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive client experience.
Basic Sales skills, with an interest in lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building.
Ability to assist in Training activities and support Sales Management tasks such as organizing pipelines and tracking performance.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Comfort with digital tools, CRMs, and productivity platforms; interest in operations, automation, and AI-driven solutions is a plus.
