Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tamil Nadu, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities and ensuring work is executed according to design, safety, and quality standards. This role includes supervising site operations, coordinating with diverse engineers, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring progress against project timelines and budgets. The Site Engineer will review drawings and specifications, assist in resolving technical issues on site,



and support implementation. Additional responsibilities include conducting quality checks, maintaining site documentation and reports, quantity take-off, and communicating effectively with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Experience & Qualifications:

Preffered:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
0–5 years of experience in site execution, construction, or civil engineering.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in construction are also encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site practices.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

Desirable:

Familiarity with construction methods, RCC and structural works, setting out, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, finishing works, and relevant IS Codes and specifications.
Ability to carry out quantity estimation
