Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Surat Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this position, the Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing inquiries,



preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and orders. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and ensuring prompt follow-up on proposals. The role also involves assisting with documentation for tenders, contracts, and compliance requirements, as well as updating CRM or sales tracking tools. The Sales Coordinator collaborates closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of cleanroom projects and a positive client experience.
