Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Sales Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for life insurance products across Protection, Pension, Savings, and Health segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, supporting agents and channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with customers and distribution partners, and providing training and coaching to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive local market growth and contribute to the company’s customer-centric culture.
