Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a English teacher at Shah Global School, located in Indapur, Pune. The teacher will oversee the daily operations of the primary school, providing strong educational leadership to ensure the achievement of academic and developmental goals. Responsibilities include curriculum development, staff management, fostering a positive school culture, ensuring compliance with educational standards,



and maintaining effective communication with educators, students, and parents. He/she will also lead efforts to continuously improve the educational environment and outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Curriculum Development and a deep understanding of Education practices
Strong Educational Leadership and experience managing teaching staff
Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration with students, parents, and teachers
Experience working in primary or middle school education
Proven ability to create and sustain a supportive and positive school setting
Master's degree in Education, Administration, or related field is preferred
Experience in education management or similar leadership roles
