Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules, excellent client-facing skills, and experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
Configure and implement Odoo ERP solutions based on business needs.
Work on modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and Project Management.
Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
Conduct UAT, end-user training, and post-implementation support.




Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
Hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and ERP business processes.
Solid understanding of multiple Odoo functional modules.
Experience in requirement gathering, GAP analysis, and solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred
Experience in multiple end-to-end Odoo implementations.
Odoo certification is a plus.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage.
