Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Landscaping and Horticultural role based in Kota. The role involves planning, planting, and maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas, including mowing, trimming, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-up. The team member will be responsible for monitoring plant health, identifying pests or diseases, and applying appropriate treatments under safety guidelines. Daily tasks also include operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment, following site-specific instructions, and ensuring that outdoor spaces remain clean, safe,



and visually appealing. The role requires working closely with supervisors and colleagues, adhering to health and safety standards, and completing assigned projects on schedule.
Qualifications
Experience or strong interest in landscaping, gardening, and basic horticultural practices.
Ability to operate and maintain common landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of plant care, including watering, pruning, soil management, and pest/disease identification.
Physical ability to perform outdoor manual work, including lifting, bending, and working in varied weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to follow instructions and site procedures.
Basic communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to environmental and company guidelines.
