Role Description The Operations Manager – Integrated Facility Management (Service Provider Side) will oversee day-to-day facility operations for client properties, ensuring service delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes managing vendor performance, supervising facility staff, and coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, security, and technical services.



The role involves monitoring SLAs and KPIs, optimizing operational costs, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and occupant experience. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with clients on regular reporting, issue resolution, and strategic initiatives, while supporting ESG goals and technology-enabled facility management solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in integrated facility management operations, including supervision of maintenance, housekeeping, security, and technical services.
Strong skills in vendor and contract management, with the ability to monitor SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and operational costs effectively.
Capability in client relationship management, stakeholder coordination, and professional communication (written and verbal).
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as familiarity with ESG and sustainability practices in facility
