Role Description This is a full time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess pediatric clients’ developmental, sensory, and functional needs, and design individualized treatment plans to support participation in daily activities.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions to meet each child’s goals. The role involves close collaboration with other therapists, school professionals, physicians, and caregivers, as well as participation in group programs, parent training, and interdisciplinary case discussions. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to maintaining evidence-based practices and ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment for children.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Therapy, with experience in pediatric settings and functional skill development.
Knowledge of basic Medicine and Rehabilitation principles relevant to pediatric therapy and multidisciplinary care.
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, children, and cross-functional professional teams.
