Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta, Google & YouTube Ads).



The role involves planning and executing data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and YouTube, aligned with client objectives and budgets. Responsibilities include audience research, keyword and placement strategy, creating and testing ad creatives, setting up tracking, and optimizing campaigns for key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end campaign operations, including media planning, bid and budget management, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and remarketing strategies. The role also requires analyzing performance reports, presenting insights, collaborating with design, content, and tech teams, and mentoring junior marketers to maintain high standards of execution and client satisfaction.
