Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Panipat. The Painter will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming parts and structures according to technical specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include mixing and matching paints, applying coatings by brush, roller, or spray equipment, and performing detailed finishing and touch-up work. The role involves inspecting completed work for quality, maintaining painting tools and equipment, and following all safety,



health, and environmental procedures. The Painter will collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure timely completion of painting activities and consistent adherence to company standards.
Qualifications

Ability to work with paint materials, including mixing, matching, and applying Paint and basic Painting techniques.
Experience in Painting and Decorating, with attention to surface preparation, finishes, and aesthetic details.
Knowledge of Coatings, including primers, protective finishes, and specialized industrial or aerospace coatings.
Proficiency in Spray Painting, including operation, adjustment, and cleaning of spray equipment for consistent coverage.
Understanding of safety practices related to painting, including use of personal protective equipment and ventilation.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, technical drawings, and specification sheets.
