Role Overview:
Goodwill Wealth Management is hiring Relationship Officers / Telecallers for our Tirunelveli branch. This role focuses on outbound calling, connecting with prospective clients, and explaining financial services (equity, mutual funds, and trading). Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Introduce and explain investment services and trading accounts.
Assist interested clients with onboarding and account opening.
Maintain positive client relationships and handle basic inquiries.
Requirements:
Any degree (Freshers eligible).
Valuable communication skills in Tamil (basic English is a plus).
Basic understanding of financial markets or willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and phone etiquette.
