Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Trainee to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, take care of B2B & B2C operations and driving company growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product assistance.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, retailers, and other business clients.
Take care of stalls and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor inventory availability and ensure proper stock management at stalls and sales locations.




Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment and order fulfilment.
Manage retail and bulk orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and payments.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
Maintain basic records of sales, stock, orders, and customer requirements.
Handle sales of products, merchandise, corporate orders, and bulk apparel requirements.
Support promotional activities, exhibitions, Billing and events when required.

Requirements
Fresher to Min 1 year experience
Language : English is must
Diploma/master's degree in MBA/PGDM
Proven experience in B2C sales or corporate/wholesale apparel supply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently
Interest or understanding of functional/technical clothing is a plus.
