About the role
This is a senior position for someone who combines strong management capability with a working understanding of the aviation and pilot training industry. You will take full ownership of the India business function spanning strategy, team leadership, business development, marketing, and day-to-day execution and report directly to the founding leadership team. We're looking for someone who understands the aviation training business and can operate independently with minimal ramp-up, bringing structure, judgment, and pace to a business.

Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & Growth
Own the overall performance and growth of the India business vertical
Identify, evaluate, and execute recent business development opportunities across the aviation training and education ecosystem




Shape and drive go-to-market and growth strategy for the India Market

Team & People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, and operations
Set clear performance goals, drive accountability, and build a high-performance team culture
Hire and develop talent as the India team grows

Marketing and Branding
Own marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning across channels
Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external vendors supporting execution

Partnership and Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary India-based point of contact for international partners, affiliated institutions, and collaborators
Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry bodies, regulators, and channel partners
