Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (Bengaluru) is a full-time,( 2 - 5 Years of experience in Field Sales ) in office role responsible for driving sales and growth for FACE Prep within the assigned region. This position involves identifying and engaging with colleges, training partners, and other institutional clients,



presenting FACE Prep’s programs, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute outreach activities, promotional events, and training-oriented engagements that expand FACE Prep’s presence in Bengaluru. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities in B2B or education/edtech domains.
Customer Service and relationship management skills to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
