Are you a confident communicator who loves talking to people?

We’re looking for a Fresher / Intern to join our team in North Bangalore. (2 positions). One year experience also OK.

If you’re someone who can strike up a conversation on a call, build rapport, follow up confidently and genuinely enjoy connecting with people — you could be a outstanding fit for this role

? What you’ll be doing:
* Identify and generate potential leads for our matchmaking platform
* Reach out to prospective profiles through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn & other channels
* Speak with potential members and introduce them to our platform
* Understand their basic requirements and set up calls with our senior matchakers
* Confirm them as Leads
* Maintain Lead information and work closely with our Matchmaking team

We’re looking for:
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Confident, proactive and people-oriented
* Freshers are welcome
* Immediate joiners preferred
* North Bangalore candidates only, or within 30 minute commute.
* Comfortable with on-site, 6-day working
