About the Role
We are looking for a PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within the US travel industry, to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns that generate high-quality inbound calls and leads.
The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads, along with a solid understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, keyword research, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns targeting the US market.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.
Generate quality inbound calls and leads for flight bookings, cancellations, changes, car rentals, cruises, hotels, and other travel-related services.
Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, competitor research, and negative keyword management.




Create and optimize ad copies, landing pages, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and call volume.
Track and analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.
Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively.
Perform A/B testing of keywords, ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights with management.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to understand lead quality, booking conversions, and revenue performance.
Required Skills
2–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads/Bing Ads.
Experience in the US Travel / Flight Booking / OTA / Travel Sales industry.
Experience generating inbound call
