Role Description This is a full-time, in office Team Leader role based in Ujjain. The Team Leader will oversee a team of associates, ensure daily targets and service levels are met, and monitor performance through regular reviews and reporting. Responsibilities include allocating work, guiding team members on processes and policies, resolving escalated customer or operational issues, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with other departments, training and mentoring new hires,



and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The Team Leader is expected to maintain clear communication, foster a positive work culture, and ensure adherence to company values.
Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
