Project Manager – Digital Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end software development and delivery for clients in the Digital Manufacturing / Manufacturing Technology domain.

IMPORTANT – MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
Manufacturing domain/client experience is mandatory.
Candidates should have proven hands-on experience managing technology projects for manufacturing organizations. Candidates with strong generic IT project management experience but without manufacturing client/domain experience will not be considered.

EXPERIENCE
• 8+ years of experience in IT project management / software delivery.
• Proven hands-on experience managing software development projects for manufacturing clients.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects for manufacturing clients.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables,



timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and delivery schedules.
• Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, data, implementation, and other project teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and budget.
• Drive project execution from requirement gathering through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Act as the primary project-level point of contact for clients.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, reviews, demonstrations, and governance meetings.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly.
• Handle escalations and drive timely resolution of customer and project issues.
