Role Description The Owner role at Trikon.Tech is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The Owner is responsible for defining the company vision, setting strategic goals, and overseeing product direction to ensure that client ideas are translated into successful technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing key client relationships, guiding project roadmaps, making budget and resource decisions, and supporting teams in delivering high-quality work on schedule. The role involves leading business development initiatives, evaluating new market opportunities, and maintaining a start-up friendly approach to pricing and delivery. The Owner also fosters a collaborative work culture, mentors team members, and ensures that operational processes support sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in founding, owning, or leading a technology or product-focused business, preferably working with start-ups.




Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management.
Ability to oversee product lifecycles, from idea validation and scoping through design, development, and launch.
Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership capabilities including team management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Comfort working in office in Mangaluru and engaging directly with clients and teams.
Familiarity with modern software development practices, digital product design, and start-up ecosystems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
