About the Role Join a high-growth, premium gemstone business as a Senior Inside Sales Executive, where you’ll own the complete sales cycle —from lead qualification to closure and repeat business.

We’re looking for a high-performing sales qualified who enjoys selling high-value products and building relationships with HNI/UHNI customers .

Drive end-to-end sales of premium gemstones through phone, video & digital channels.

Communicate gemstone quality, certification,



pricing & investment value effectively.

Own your pipeline, CRM and individual sales performance.

5+ years of experience in inside sales, luxury sales or high-ticket sales.

~ Gemstone or jewellery sales experience.

~ Target-driven mindset with solid CRM proficiency.
