You will work with the COO on the operational backbone of the studio: coordinating engagements, tightening our processes, and helping the company grow without losing the plot. A high-ownership role for someone who likes making things run well.
What you'll do
Coordinate client engagements and keep delivery on track.
Build and improve internal processes, docs and tooling.
Support growth: outreach, partnerships and the studio pipeline.
Keep the operational and compliance basics tidy.

Excellent written and spoken communication.
Highly organised, with robust ownership and follow-through.
Comfort with up-to-date tools (docs, spreadsheets, automation).
