We are looking for a Senior ERP Functional / Finance Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Finance ERP implementation projects, not just ERP support. The ideal candidate should have worked on 10-15 large-scale end-to-end ERP implementation projects and possess a solid understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience in Finance ERP implementation
Expertise in SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Coupa, or similar ERP platforms
Strong knowledge of:
P2P (Procure to Pay)
GL (General Ledger)
AP (Accounts Payable)
AR (Accounts Receivable)
Asset Accounting
Experience in:
Business requirement gathering
Gap analysis
Functional specification documentation
ERP configuration and integration
UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
User training and post-go-live support
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Excellent English communication skills and a professional personality
Preferred Background
IT/System Integration companies will be highly preferred.
