Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join the BlackBuck team in Surat. The role involves meeting truck owners and fleet operators, understanding their requirements,
and selling BlackBuck’s trucking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit truck owners and fleet operators on a daily basis.
* Generate new customers and build robust relationships.
* Promote and sell FASTag, GPS, Fuel Solutions and other BlackBuck products.
* Explain product features, pricing and benefits to customers.
* Complete customer KYC and onboarding processes.
* Follow up with customers and provide basic service support.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain regular reporting and update the team on field activities.
Requirements
* Experience: 1+ year in sales/field sales preferred.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.
* Basic smartphone/app knowledge.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also be considered.
Compensation
* Fixed Salary:2LPA-4LPA
