The role involves proactive outreach, identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and enabling client acquisition for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Professional Staffing services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in B2 B staffing sales, and the ability to generate qualified leads through multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients across APAC/EMEA markets, including direct clients, MSPs. Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using Linked In, job boards, CRM tools, and market intelligence platforms. Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, Linked In outreach, and email campaigns. Identify decision-makers such as Hiring Managers, HR Heads,



Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement contacts. Inside Sales & Business Development Conduct introductory calls and discovery meetings to understand client staffing needs and pain points. Present staffing capabilities, service offerings, and value propositions to prospective clients. Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Managers / Sales Heads. Support recent business development initiatives including RFPs, RFIs, and capability presentations. Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems. Track lead progress through the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-ups. Share weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion reports with management.
