About the Role
FLAME University is seeking a motivated and creative Senior Executive – Social Media to support the University's brand and communication objectives through effective social media operations and community engagement. The role will work closely with the Social Media Manager to strengthen FLAME University's digital presence, create engaging content, monitor conversations, and build meaningful online communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of FLAME University's official social media platforms.
Schedule and publish content across various social media channels as per the content calendar.
Create engaging social media content, captions, and platform-specific communication.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and online conversations related to FLAME University and ensure timely responses.
Track social media trends, audience engagement, and conversations through social listening.
Monitor and analyse social media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager on content planning and campaign execution.
Collaborate with students managing FLAME's semi-official social media handles, including clubs and student communities, to ensure appropriate brand alignment, partnership, and governance.
Support the development of engaging digital campaigns that strengthen FLAME University's brand visibility and community engagement.
Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experience Required
0–3 years of relevant skilled experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or related areas.
Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content formats.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
