Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Calling Jewellery Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to introduce Diamondiary’s diamond and solitaire collections, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable products. The executive will follow up on inquiries, maintain call records, update customer information in the system, and support the conversion of leads into sales. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and pricing, handling basic customer queries,



coordinating with the showroom or sales team for appointments or order confirmations, and meeting assigned call and sales targets. The role also requires maintaining a professional tone, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and adhering to company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English or Hindi, active listening, and a customer-focused approach.
