Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; B.Tech Mechanical as the maximum qualification required
Experience: 1–3 years preferred; robust freshers with hands-on mechanical aptitude can also be considered.

Job Description
The Hygiene Application Executive will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer-level technical support for IntraCare hygiene application equipment, particularly the Intra Hygiene Trolley, across South India.
Key responsibilities:
Install and commission Intra Hygiene Trolleys at poultry farms, hatcheries, processing facilities and other customer locations.
Conduct pre-installation checks covering electrical supply, water supply, pressure, connections and site readiness.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
Diagnose issues related to pumps, pressure systems,



chemical injectors, hoses, valves, seals, nozzles, foam guns and associated components.
Ensure proper operating pressure and correct functioning of foaming, high-pressure washing and chemical application systems.
Maintain service records, installation reports, maintenance history and spare-parts requirements for each machine.
Maintain an appropriate inventory of critical spare parts and coordinate replacement requirements.
Train customer operators on correct equipment operation, daily maintenance, safety and basic troubleshooting.
Support demonstrations and field application of IntraCare hygiene products and protocols.
Coordinate remotely with the Technical Manager for complex technical issues and provide timely field updates.
Travel throughout South India for installations, scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency service visits.
Follow up with customers after installation to ensure equipment remains operat
