We are building toward a more critical-mineral-independent India by developing sourcing, recycling, refining, technology, and global supply-chain capabilities.
About the Role
We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence who can build new businesses, identify new revenue opportunities, and take ownership from 0 → 1 → revenue.
This is not a strategy-only role.
You will work directly with the founders and be expected to find opportunities, validate them, build partnerships, execute, and generate revenue.
What You'll Do
Identify and build new revenue streams and business models.
Find new markets across critical minerals, battery recycling, metals, rare earths, and industrial materials.
Build B2B partnerships with enterprises, OEMs, recyclers, manufacturers, traders, and strategic buyers.




Develop international business and long-term strategic partnerships.
Identify customer problems and turn them into commercial opportunities.
Own the complete GTM process from research → outreach → negotiation → partnership → revenue.
Build and manage high-value client relationships.
Work with founders on strategic projects and new ventures.
Use AI, data, research, and first-principles thinking to move faster.
Build systems and teams around opportunities that show strong potential.
