Its first product, TRUpreboards, is a diagnostic pre-board assessment platform that helps students identify their strengths, learning gaps and areas requiring attention before their board examinations.
Role Description The Marketing & Founder’s Office Associate will support the day-to-day marketing and brand-building activities of a growing education company.
This is a hands-on hybrid role involving content execution, community engagement, research, coordination and direct support for founder-led initiatives. The person should be comfortable switching between creative, operational and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and other relevant platforms.
Assist with content ideas, captions, publishing, stories and basic content planning.
Monitor conversations, keywords, trends and competitor activity relevant to students, parents and education.




Engage with audiences through comments, replies, communities and social listening.
Identify relevant pages, creators, communities and conversations where the brand can participate.
Coordinate with marketing agencies, creators, vendors and other partners.
Track content, campaigns, deliverables, approvals and follow-ups using spreadsheets and project-management tools.
Support the founder’s LinkedIn and other social media presence.
Assist with founder-led initiatives, meetings, presentations, school visits and content shoots.
Prepare meeting notes, action items and follow-up trackers.
Help organise marketing documents, research, campaign data and communication.
