Role Description The Operation Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for managing day-to-day logistics and shipment operations. This role includes coordinating pickups and deliveries, overseeing parcel repacking and consolidation, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch of shipments. The Operation Executive monitors shipment status, resolves operational issues with courier partners,



and maintains clear communication with customers and internal teams. The role also involves updating systems, tracking performance metrics, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end logistics workflows and optimize daily processes.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor shipping performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or courier operations is highly beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adherence to timelines.
Proficiency with basic computer tools and logistics or shipment tracking systems.
