Role Overview
We are looking for a target-driven and field-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage offline sales, expand the distributor/dealer network, and drive revenue across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Expand the retail network across camera, photography, electronics, mobile, and gadget stores.
Manage sales executives and monitor field activities.




Conduct regular market and dealer visits.
Execute dealer schemes, promotions, and product activations.
Track sales, stock, collections, and market performance.
Identify current business opportunities and monitor competitors.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in offline/channel sales.
Experience in consumer electronics, camera, photography, mobile, or gadgets preferred.
Strong distributor/dealer network.
Experience in team handling and target achievement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
